to manifest the love of jesus christ

to manifest the love of jesus christ

    Ps 79:9 NKJV

Help us, O God of our salvation, For the glory of Your name; And deliver us, and provide atonement for our sins, For Your name's sake!

Have you ever had to cry out to someone for help? I remember duck hunting one day and because I was wading around in overflow water deep in the woods slipping up on ducks, I lost track of where I was and found myself not knowing which way to get back to the shallow water and the trail back home. There was a lot of deep ditches that I could step into and with waders on it could mean death. The first person that I cried out to was God for help and I heard Him speak to my heart to cry out with a loud voice the words "Help." I thought I was all alone in those woods but when I cried out help, a voice came calling back to me "what do you need." The hunters that was in a boat kept talking to me and guiding me to them and rescued me from my dilemma. Everyone of us are going to need help some times in our life, the question is will we ask for it. I see people everyday that is battling addictions and other types of problems and instead of crying out for help, try to work it out for themselves and usually bring destruction unto themselves and others.

There is someone that came to this Earth to show unto mankind God's love and desire to help them and restore them to where they should be and that is Jesus. Jesus can do nothing for them until they cry out for help because God gave mankind the right to choose the path of life they desire to walk in. I remember a blind man who cried out to Jesus so he could be healed of the blindness and Jesus healed him; there was a woman that had lost all of her earnings because of a blood disorder in her body but when she saw Jesus said that if she could touch Him that she would be made whole and when she touched the garment that Jesus wore her sickness disappeared. Lepers that were outcast to society called upon Jesus and He healed them and they were restore. I could go on and on about people in the Bible that cried out to Jesus for help and He answered them and met their needs

Jesus is waiting on you, it doesn't matter what your situation may be, Jesus loves you and desires to help and restore you to God and God's plan of what he has for you. The choice is yours to make. You can continue to try and work it out in yourself or go to the one that can make the change that you need. Today I encourage you to cry out to Jesus for your help. Jesus specializes in meeting the needs of mankind. He is waiting and He is willing.
